“I got a month membership first just to make sure that a) I could be committed to going to the gym regularly and b) that I like the gym. Well, check and super-check. The facility is super clean, well maintained, has a variety of equipment, friendly owner and staff as well as positive gym members who don't mind explaining workout equipment that I've not seen before. Above all, as someone who is fairly self-conscious, this is the first time that going to a gym has not made me conscious about my strength, stamina etc. BONUS: The one thing that this gym does not have...is that sweaty gym smell :)”Read moreShow less

“The gym is always well maintained. The owner and staff truly care about the comfort and well being of the members. So if you ever have any questions or concerns they are always quick to help make your experience better. The free child care is a bonus for woman who struggle with child care. And the first 3 workout programs tailored to your needs are free! Also membership prices are very reasonable. And once you're a member you become a part of the community-family.
