Jenna is the absolute best! After 4+ months struggling with a knee injury as an avid runner, Jenna went above and beyond to help me understand the root cause & finally fix it. She’s extremely knowledgeable, passionate, and brings amazing energy to each session—I always leave feeling supported and motivated. Thank you Jenna!!!

I’m so glad I found this clinic—it’s conveniently located in the same building where I work, which made it easy for me to start treatment after a car accident. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcomed and cared for. Physiotherapist Tony Macri is absolutely excellent—very professional, respectful, and always on time for appointments. His approach to treatment is thoughtful and effective, and I truly appreciated how seriously he takes his work and his patients’ well-being. I also saw acupuncturist Cherri Ho, who is both professional and friendly. Her calm and caring attitude made each session a great experience. Dr. Nav, the chiropractor, is fantastic as well—super kind and always makes the appointments feel comfortable and positive. His professionalism stands out, and he clearly cares about his patients. Because of the great care I’ve received, I’ve already recommended this clinic to some of my coworkers for massage therapy and other services. The whole staff here creates a welcoming and supportive environment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience!

I cannot recommend Fit to Train highly enough. After struggling with numerous physical ailments, I finally feel like I’m on a true path to healing thanks to the incredible care I’ve received here. Dr. Brittany, my naturopathic doctor, has been thorough, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to truly understand the root causes of my health concerns and created a personalized plan that has already made a noticeable difference in my energy, resilience, and overall well-being. On the osteopathic side, Behnad has been nothing short of exceptional. His hands-on work has helped release deep-seated tension, improve my mobility, and accelerate my recovery in ways I didn’t think possible. He has a remarkable ability to listen to the body and make adjustments that bring immediate relief and lasting improvement. The combination of naturopathic and osteopathic care at Fit to Train has been transformative. The clinic itself is welcoming, professional, and clearly built around supporting patients in achieving sustainable, long-term health. If you are seeking comprehensive, attentive, and truly healing care, look no further than Fit to Train. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Brittany, Behnad, and the entire team for helping me feel stronger, healthier, and more balanced than I have in years.

Just had one session at Fit To Train in Vancouver, and I’m honestly blown away. After months (ok, maybe years) of nagging tightness in my upper back, right hip, and knee, I walked out of there feeling like a damn rockstar. I’m not exaggerating when I say I’ve got full mobility again after a single 90-minute treatment. That’s not just rare...that’s unicorn-level rare. In an industry where 15–20-minute appointments have become the norm (and leave you wondering if you just paid to be poked and patted), Fit To Train goes deep. I mean root-cause deep, not just slapping a Band-Aid on the pain and calling it a day. At 49 and having been in the health and fitness space for over 30 years, I’ve seen and experienced a lot. But this is hands down the best treatment I’ve had, period. See them if your body’s feeling busted and you’re ready to feel fully functional again. You’ll thank me later.

I first visited Behnad at Fit To Train ten years ago at the suggestion of my GP. At the time I was suffering from chronic back pain that would literally drop me to my knees. My improvement after that one session was incredible. Since then I have continued to see Behnad and several other members of the team at Fit To Train including Jessica Reigh, Mon Jef Peeters, Aieisha Luyken, and Brittany Laurin. I may be getting a little bit long in the tooth but I am nowhere near ready to give up the active lifestyle that I so enjoy. The team literally keeps me moving.

Everyone at FIT TO TRAIN is incredibly professional, passionate, and committed. They work together as a team, combining their unique skills to give you the highest level of care. From the moment you become a client, you feel like part of their family. What really sets this team apart is how much they believe in you and push you to believe in yourself. They empower you to become the strongest version of yourself—physically, mentally, and emotionally, and they give you the tools and support to actually do it. What makes this company unique is their collaborative, team-based approach. My team includes the following: physiotherapy, osteopathy, kinesiology, acupuncture, registered massage, and naturopathic medicine. The practitioners actually talk to each other and work together to create a personalized plan that supports your health and goals. It is a multidisciplinary approach that is completely tailored to you, and it really sets them apart. They genuinely care about you and your overall well-being, and it shows in everything they do. Their mission is clear: to help you live your best life. I have felt so supported throughout my many years of being a client, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fit to Train has been my number one health care provider over the last five years. It began when they helped me avoid surgery for calcification in my shoulder. They provided me with less invasive procedures and exercises that resulted it a fully recovered shoulder with little, to no downtime. From that point on, I have relied on their many health care practitioners for naturopathic care, physiotherapy and osteopathy. Beyond the day-to-day healthcare services, like IV therapy and massage, they have helped with my more complicated, long-term issues. I suffer from internal scarring after a traumatic labour, that causes me pain and Fit To Train has helped me manage that pain. Recently, I had a disk replacement and fusion in my back that Fit To Train was integral at rehabbing. My family relies on their care and expertise as well. They recently diagnosed my thirteen-year-old daughter with a torn ACL, just days after the accident that caused her injury. Being able to see one of their specialists and get imaging at their clinic, in a timely fashion made it possible for my daughter to get ACL reconstructive surgery. On younger patients, getting this surgery done quickly after injury is paramount. If we had relied on the regular health care system, we would have waited up to a year for the surgery, and in those cases, after waiting so long, it’s unsure whether the surgery would have been a viable option. They are now in charge of my daughter physiotherapy and Children's Hospital is thrilled with her recovery. While undergoing treatment for these serious issues, the healthcare providers at Fit To Train, understand that our goal as a family isn’t just to be functional and pain free. They support us in our endeavors to enjoy a physical lifestyle that involves sports and recreation, and in doing so they bring us happiness and increase our quality of life. -Christine Hooge

I’ve been a loyal client of FIT TO TRAIN since its inception, and I can’t say enough about the incredible experiences I’ve had there over the years. The team is absolutely top-notch! I’ve been treated by most of the staff—osteopaths, physiotherapists, naturopaths, and practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine—and every single one has been outstanding. What stands out most is their professionalism and the innovative, out-of-the-box approach they take to physical therapy and treatments. They stay on the cutting edge of new techniques and therapies, always going above and beyond to ensure that I receive the best care possible. Whether I’ve needed injury rehabilitation, or just general well-being maintenance and support for an active lifestyle, FIT TO TRAIN has consistently delivered exceptional results. The entire team is knowledgeable, caring, and truly dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals. I highly recommend FIT TO TRAIN to anyone seeking high-quality, personalized physical rehab and therapy. They are simply the best in the business!
