“I bought 15 discus from Fins8 back in October and I wanted to wait a few months to see how they do before writing a review and I cannot recommend them enough if you’re in Canada. Amazing quality, good size, and extremely hardy (they’ve lived through a complete cycle crash with zero losses) If I ever need to buy more discus again in the future, Fins8 will be my go to. My only request would be to expand their selection. I see some amazing varieties on the internet all the time (White Dragons, Heckel Crosses, and Alenquer) and would love to see a small expansion of their selection Beyond that I have zero complaints. The owner is extremely nice and answers all of my questions with promptness.”

“Absolutely stunning fish. Also remarkably healthy. The prices are also very fair compared with the quality of service and fish. These guys are probably one of the top Canadian discus breeders. I ordered 8 of their small/young discus and when they arrived they look even better than they did on their website. I’m probably biased but these are the nicest discus I’ve ever seen.”

“Beautiful discus! We had the fish shipped to us overnight. They arrived well packaged and very healthy. The fish are doing great and look stunning in our aquarium. Steven was really helpful and patient with our questions and also contacted us a few days later to make sure everything is going well. Very reasonable price for such beautiful fish. “I had been looking at purchasing some discus fish for a while, when I stumbled onto a Facebook post for Fins8. I checked out their website and decided to contact them via email. Steven responded to all my emails promptly and answered all my questions. When I was ready to purchase, Steven sent me a few videos of the fish I was purchasing. And another video the day they were shipped. My fish arrived well packaged. I was pleasantly surprised as the videos I was sent didn’t do these discus any justice. They were so much more beautiful and healthy in person. When I had a small issue with one stressed fish, Steven emailed and texted me quickly and helped me. I followed all his instructions and now my discus is happy and healthy again. He even texted me 3 days later asking how things were going and if the fish improved. Steven exceeded my expectations with a level of customer service that went above and beyond. He truly seemed to care and was willing to share his knowledge on discus fish as well. I am extremely happy with my new discus and would recommend Fins8.”
