“Th staff are unkind and not compassionate. They don’t treat their patients there with care and love. I have witnessed staff walk right into my love ones and they end up falling over, all they say is sorry and it continues to happen. “Normally I have had great experiences at this place but I asked two of the psw for tape for a few pictures and get told no like it’s literally tape be real. They would rather talk to each other than help people”
