“I have been going to OSHC for over a decade now. I can’t speak enough on the service I have received from OSHC and the number of injuries they have helped me through and fixed. Brian and Adam are truly masters of their craft. They are knowledgeable, professional, and personable on all levels. I have had various injuries related to work or through sport that they have been able to mend and fix within a reasonable time frame. In addition, Kathryn at the front desk is always professional and accommodating when it comes to appointment scheduling and appointment reminders. “I recently experienced some true luxury chiropractic care with Adam, and it was incredible! The appointment lasted a full hour, which was such a refreshing change from the typical five minute sessions I’ve had with my previous chiropractors. Adam took the time to stretch out my body and massage the tissues in my back and neck. What stood out was how thorough the session was, he moved me to about three different tables, each designed for a specific treatment. The grand finale was sitting in this amazing chair that felt like a hot tub (but dry!) using hydro pressure for 10 minutes. It was so relaxing and unique. Although my neck feels a little stiff from the adjustment (understandable since it’s been ages since my last one), I’m confident it will improve soon. “I couldn’t resist sharing with others ( although it’s been noted in every review) what a fantastic session I had with Felix this week. He masterfully pinpointed the root cause of my shoulder/ muscular pains and postural imbalances. His one treatment has resulted in less shoulder pain and greater range of motion than did months of physiotherapy. I’m serious! He is very knowledgeable and skilled and really gets into the deeper tissues. Felix took the time to provide detailed explanations and followup exercises. He is fabulous at what he does.
