“Dr. Fernandes treated my underbite correction over a multi-year treatment that included braces, an expander, and surgery. The treatment took much longer than expected due to Covid and some health problems, but Dr. Fernandes and team were there throughout the entire process, delay included. “I initially had a consult with Dr. Fernandes and had to cancel last minute due to a severe case of food poisoning. Obviously, this is so inconvenient to his staff and to Dr. Fernandes, but they were more than happy to rebook me and cater to my needs—even after I gave them attitude, because I didn’t cancel as soon as I realized I wouldn’t be able to attend (which, is my due diligence). ALL of his staff are incredible (love the girlies at the front—they are so special!!!) and Melissa (I hope I spelled your name correctly) has such a positive attitude that exudes warmth. I have known Dr. Fernandes for 15 years or so, and one thing I will say is his integrity never wavers. I apologized to the staff and to Dr. Fernandes for the miscommunication, and I was met with complete understanding and empathy—a rarity in today’s world. I HIGHLY recommend this office, and I can guarantee you will have a pleasant experience. The environment is so inviting and it’s so refreshing to be greeted with lovely smiles and not attitude! “My daughter was with Fernandes Orthodontists for 2 and half years. Dr Fernandes and his staff go above and beyond the care. Sometimes I would call with emergency appointments and they would get my daughter in within the hour. Dr. Fernandes, his assistants, receptionists, they are all professional, kind and caring and none of this fake smiling they truly care about their job and patients. I had my brother take both kids there and he got the sane experience. I’m very picky and please know I would not hesitate to put my child in the care of none other than Dr. Fernandes and his team. “Was referred here by my regular dentist for braces and have had the best experience, from the moment I had my braces on to the day I took them off. Two years later and still go for my check ups for my retainers and absolutely love the work Dr. Fernandez has done. I highly recommend this place if you are interested in getting braces. He has options when it comes to clear brackets or the regular silver ones. His team is awesome to work with and treat you like family. I would imagine it’s a great place to work as well as a great place to go for your very first braces. Give them a call and schedule your consultation, you won’t regret it.
