“I highly recommend Mitch! I was diagnosed with degenerative disks in my neck, and have been in pain day and night non stop for over 2 months. The pain level was between 7 to 10 (10 being the worst). Physio did not help, so, a friend recommended Osteopathy with Mitch at Saeda. Just after one session, the pain level decreased to a 5. I have since had 5 sessions in total, and now I often forget that I have neck issues. I have my life back and I am grateful to Mitch for all that he has done !!!!”
