“They are always so nice and friendly. I love how they are always willing to reschedule if you need to. They have no issue doing that and will find a time that works best for you. Dr conner and Dr Jim are both the best and will always listen to you!!!”

“I truly love everything about Fergus Family Chiropractic. From the moment you walk in, you feel how strong their values are and how genuinely welcoming the entire team is. They took the time to really listen to my concerns about my son and never made us feel rushed or unheard. They are incredibly accommodating to my schedule and my family’s needs, which makes such a difference as a parent. “This family run business is the best! They are very friendly to all that come in the doors, Dr. Jim is Awesome and cracks me up good everytime. Since I started coming here my movement has improved so has my sleep, they always work with your schedule as much as possible. I highly recommend if you need a chiropractor to come here as Dr. Jim and Dr. Connor know what they are doing and they help make you feel at ease as well. All around the staff are Awesome 👌 💜 I bring my kids with me and now that we aren't in a stroller anymore Deb or Jodi help keep them entertained while I see Dr.Jim they even let the boys help when not in the way. “Fergus Family Chiropractic have welcomed me with open arms from the get go! They are such a wonderful caring team and very much want to provide you with the best care possible. They always go above and beyond to answer my questions and make me feel at ease. There is always a smiling face to welcome you (Deb & Jodi)! Both Dr Jim and Dr Connor shared an in-depth insightful presentation which helped provide me with insight into the importance of looking after your spine, as well as what to look out for. I have been having appointments with Dr Jim for just over 1 week now. Dr Jim has been fantastic with helping me to understand what is going on with my spine, including going through in detail my x-rays, and a treatment plan to make needed adjustments within the body. Dr Jim is always happy to answer my questions, and he very much takes an active part and interest in my health and what he can do to help. Chiropractic practice was something i was initially quite nervous about, but Dr Jim has really helped me overcome this. I am already seeing and feeling changes within my body, and i look forward to continuing on my journey with them.
