“I wasn't sure what to expect, but Rhonda's attentive care and understanding of my foot issues made me confident I was in good hands. She explained everything clearly in simple terms, helping me to understand my condition. Her warm smile, friendly attitude, and eye for detail encouraged me to believe there was a solution to my pain. She took the usual measurements and ordered orthotics. Once on my feet she quickly realized something wasn't quite right, so she worked diligently to customize them to fit my arch perfectly. Next on the agenda was to find a suitable shoe, which fortunately she had in-store. I walked pain-free for the first time in a long time!
