“I’m so impressed with the level of care here at Family Physio. Emily and Rasha at reception make every visit easy. They’re friendly, remember the details, and booking with them is effortless. They create such a calm, positive atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Shahina is a gifted massage therapist. She’s intuitive, checks in on pressure, and really knows how to work out tension. I came in with a stiff neck and shoulders, and she made a huge difference in just a few sessions. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients’ wellbeing. The individualized treatment plan helped me a lot, and they treat you like an actual person while working to achieve the goal of improving your health. “I cannot recommend Family-Physio Clinic enough! I came in for a neck pain to shoulder to arm pain that's been bothering me for weeks and was hesitant about physiotherapy. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and my therapist,Mr. Vijay and Ms. Emily , took the time to do a thorough assessment and explain my treatment plan. They don't just hook you up to machines and walk away; it’s one-on-one, hands-on care. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my pain and mobility after just a few sessions.
