“I’ve been going to this doctors office for many years and enjoyed all the staff even when I had Dr. Bihun , however I just had one experience today because all the Admins seem to be new there who was very rude as I called in to order my contact lenses. However, she asked me what kind and I told her the brand name but I wasn’t sure the rest because I was not at home to look at and get my contacts. I was at work when I was calling.. I asked her if she could please pull it up in the system in my chart and she just said that it’s in your chart in the back and not on system file so I asked her if she could please get it. I felt that she was expecting me to know all this information but could not help her I just felt she wasn’t very helpful and helping me out as I had to ask her to check my chart that would have the correct info on it.
