“Avoid this place. I had a terrible experience—couldn’t book an exam two weeks in advance because they “don’t do that.” When I returned for emergency contacts after running out, they required an exam first. I bought them online with my current prescription. It's cheaper, and you don't have to deal with the terrible service. ⏬️Ignore their inevitable face-saving reply below. “The Staff of Dr. Nathan is outstanding… unfortunately I would recommend using a different location for your eyeglasses unless you want to be pressured to pay upfront ( seems they don’t communicate with each other when the customer wants to pay when they actually have the funds available!! “Showed up for my appointment ON TIME and after waiting 45 min I went up to the reception area and simply asked how long until the doctor sees me as I needed to rebook MY meetings and explained that. BOTH of the staff just glared at me and said “we are short staffed”. And they then just sat there. Wow!! If I had a person wait that long, a simply sorry would have made things so much better. I completely understand things happen but they BOTH need a lesson how to deal with people and that appointments are made for a reason!!!!! They are made so people can PLAN THEIR DAY.
