“I had an excellent experience at Family Dental. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The manager Tameka came out to greet me with my toddler and assisted me in which made everything less stressful. A special thank you to the hygienist Serene, who did an amazing job with my toddler. She was incredibly patient, gentle, and kind, making my child feel comfortable . The dentist Dr Waller was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with my toddler . He took the time to explain everything clearly. The clinic was clean, organized, and the level of care I received was outstanding. I truly appreciate how kind and patient everyone was throughout my visit. “From the initial email via their website, of trying to find a dentist the Thursday before the Easter holiday, to the moment I walked out the door of their office (the same day as the email was sent), I was impressed with the friendliness, knowledge and accommodation I was met with by each professional encountered. Desperate to have a cracked front tooth repaired, although exceptionally uncomfortable with dental procedures, I couldn't have asked for a better team to enable me to smile with confidence while holiday pictures were taken. The ladies you meet at the front desk were lovely. The dentist and dental assistant had a bedside manner that managed to put a "nervous Nellie" at ease without making me feel embarrassed or awkward about it. “My visit was all great. I just forgot the name of the hygienist. You always feel comfortable while she is doing things up. Detailed clean and she always speak up while she is doing something. You really like just met a long time ago. You don’t really feel like just a normal patient. The place was spotless clean. Appointmemt time was accurate. No more waiting time. “I wasn’t a client before. But needed a root canal they got me in right away. drained the tooth and then few days later did root canal dr Waller was great. Where other places there was a 4-5 month wait. Did u ever have a tooth ache. Not fun. I would recommend this place.”Read moreShow less
