My consultation was not only thorough and informative but also incredibly professional. Natasa and her team were nothing short of amazing—each of them went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was comfortable every step of the way. “I had a great experience at skin solution clinic . The clinic was clean and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and professional. I saw great results with the Laser I received, and they maintained excellent hygiene practices throughout. Highly recommend!”

“I was very happy with the skin care treatments I had been receiving from Janka who I had known since she worked with Dr Warren and since this skin care facility seemed like a reputable place, I scheduled an appointment to have Botox & fillers done there as well. The Dr that did the injections did not want to put numbing cream on my face which I thought was strange, she ultimately complied to my request however after 20 min , which is not usually enough time to numb your skin, she said she was going to start with the Botox, which I know is not that painful so I was fine. With that. She then started “supposedly “ putting filler in my face but it was far more painful than normal, I turned to look at the syringe and she was trying to hide it behind her back, I initially thought she did not want me to see the size of the needle she was using, not wanting me to get scared however, After my appointment she said she used $1,600 in product , which I thought was excessive since I’ve been having this treatment at Dr Warrens office for about 10 years and I’ve never paid that much. The person that normally provides my treatments was away and I had a function so, I thought I would try this skincare facility.. I made eye contact with this Dr since I did feel like she was not being truthful but of course, I had no way to prove the time but I shouldn’t have to feel like I should need to pay attention in fear of being taken advantage of however this Dr was working on a commission based and using her own product so of course she could do something like that. The product should be supplied by the skin care centre. The next day it looked like somebody had beat me up and I had told her about the function I was supposed to attend so I was very upset. I had brought this to the attention of the owner & she stated she would have Janka provide a facial . I did appreciate that however, once the swelling went down, I realized that she had put next to no product in my face at all, I felt the facial was not fair compared to what I paid, $1,600. . I tried to speak to the owner of the spa regarding this and her reply stunned me. Her reply was “well that’s not my problem. I fired that doctor. She doesn’t work here anymore so if you want her phone number, you can take it up with her.” I did not go there because I knew who the Dr was, I went because I trusted that anyone that would be there would be a professional. I came based on the reputation of that skin care facility. The owner mentioned “I’m not going to do anything for you because the facial you had was worth more than the commission I made from the $1,600 you paid! Clearly, she does not care whether the physician she has representing her business is good at what they do, as long as they bring in money. That is really disappointing considering I have been going there for years for my skin care treatments. The fact that I was a faithful returning, client was irrelevant,. “I heard about Natasa some time last year though a friend and immediately booked a consultation. From the moment I met her she was very inviting, knowledgeable and I could tell that she really wanted to help. I had extremely stubborn sun spots/damage mostly around under eye area. For years I searched and tried all different creams, oils, serums, and facials but nothing worked. I pretty much gave up, until I found Natasa. Not only did she help me with my damaged skin, but she also helped me gain back my confidence and feel beautiful in my own skin again. To say that she is good at what she does would be an understatement. She is gentle, professional, warm, considerate and has never pushed to sell a treatment or cream that wasn’t needed. I highly recommend seeing Natasa to anyone who is thinking about possibly booking as I wish I knew about her years earlier. If I could give 100 stars I would!! “I went in to have a skin tag removed. The office is in a great location, and I was seen very quickly upon arrival. The doctor is fantastic, and she was able to help me with this issue in a very easy and comfortable manner. She was quick, efficient, and very friendly. I also had some concerns with freckles on my face. The doctor was very honest, and told me it’s best not to have the laser treatment for something so minor. “For years I had wanted to seek treatment to diminish the appearance of a scar on my forehead, but I just never felt comfortable or that I could trust anyone with my face. This completely changed when I met Natasa. Natasa is the most caring and comprehensive clinic director I have ever come across in this industry. I immediately felt at ease and believed that she wanted the very best for me. She only suggested treatments and products she felt would make sense for my situation. She never tried to upsell me, and I could genuinely feel that my comfort level was her priority first and foremost. She said I would probably need 5 laser sessions to address the scar, but she didn’t pressure me to sign up for that many and let me just play it by ear. After 2 sessions the results were phenomenal - beyond anything I had imagined!!! I wondered if it was prudent to continue with more sessions for good measure, but it was Natasa who reinforced that my results were fantastic and that it was not worth it to pursue any further laser treatments on the scar, which I think speaks volumes about her business values and integrity. She is so truthful and transparent about her products and services and though I was initially reluctant to do anything beyond the scar treatment, it was this honesty that encouraged me to try other services. So, I began doing Hydrafacials regularly, and my skin was transformed. I’m out of the country at the moment and haven’t been able to do a Hydrafacial with Natasa for a while (which I miss so much!) but I’m still enjoying the results, and rarely wear a base layer of makeup these days because my skin is so clear and healthy. But the real shock came when I decided to do a couple of PRP and a Keravive treatment for my scalp. I had been experiencing hair loss and thinning for years as a result of a deteriorating thyroid condition. I did 2 PRP treatments and 1 Keravive session in the span of about 3 months of one another. Within 4 months of the first treatment, I saw staggering results!! My hairline has completely transformed. It has been 1 year from my last scalp session, and I am still seeing renewed growth and thickening along the treatment areas. The PRP was not nearly as painful as I expected or read it would be online, because Skin Solution Clinic invests in only the best equipment and the injector they use is far more effective and painless than other competitors on the market. From start to finish, every experience I have had with Skin Solution Clinic and with Natasa has been phenomenal. I am so grateful for the results I have been able to enjoy after only a short amount of time, and I would absolutely recommend Natasa and her Medispa over any other. “At FC Skin Solution Clinic, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience from start to finish. The staff members were all very kind and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain the treatment process to me in detail and answer all of my questions. They also worked with the budget I had - other clinics around this location were exponentially expensive. The treatment itself (mole removals using laser) was fantastic. I could tell that the team was highly skilled and experienced, as they were able to achieve amazing results without causing any discomfort. I am very satisfied with the outcome.
