“I booked an eye test with Dr. Shane. It was super easy to book online and they do open a little bit later during the week which is perfect as you can go after work. It is recommended that you book an appointment for a test. The appointment was quick and easy, and Dr. Shane went through my eye health - even showing me my eye imaging and what they'd be on the look out for. This was super helpful to see a visual and I really appreciated him chatting through findings etc. I didn't catch the names of all the front of house staff working there, but they are also such a credit to the clinic! I got to meet and chat with 3x really amazing ladies who were so kind and helpful with checking in, communication about the booking, payment, as well as helping me choose glasses and going back in for them to make sure they're the proper fit for me. They have a wide range of glasses at varying prices, so there should be something for everyone! 10/10 - would definitely recommend if you're looking for an optician in the area.”Read moreShow less

“Came on July 09, 2025 for eye examination with two welcoming and helpful front staff! ☺️ My extended health insurance was all set up in advance thanks to their email communication :) I booked my eye examination with Dr. Shane Cornelson- he was thorough and knowledgeable! My questions about corneal abrasion were answered and he has a way of applying eye drops that put me at ease~ 😆 Glad to find an awesome doctor! “My severe, and persistent dry eye issues, for 2 years, with disruptions of my college life were finally assessed properly with structured treatments and mutual understanding of the next plan for my treatment. I started using Lotemax and finally realized the improvements. Although because it is for a short term medical treatment, I really appreciate for the doctor Shane’s help. I have no concerns for a while thanks to the eye care specialist.☺️ While the medications are so expensive, they were mostly covered by my insurance and a discount he provided.”Read moreShow less

“Great place to go for an eye exam. Dr. Shane took the time to clearly explain the results and make recommendations to maintain/ improve healthy eyes. The staff were efficient and friendly - it really feels like they care. There was a great selection of frames and very knowledgeable help in making suggestions to suit my face shape. “I have been going to False Creek Eye Care for years and have always been happy with the service. It was time for an update on my prescription and I was surprised that my previous eye doctor had retired. I booked in with Dr. Najafi and I have to say she was fantastic! She was very kind and caring. When it was time to pick out my frames, Rose in the front was very helpful and payed great attention to detail. In fact all of the staff were very friendly.
