“Had a massage with Deborah, she is wonderful ! Finds the trouble spots and they melt away. She provides relief for muscle pain and aches in a relaxing way, and is very client-focused to ensure the pressure is just right. “You can tell when you walk into this clinic that you're going to have a great experience. Everyone is friendly and treats you like family. You'll end up staying 10 minutes after your appointment just chatting with reception. There's a real community feel that has been lost in the world in recent years. I've been treated by their physiotherapist, Mike, for multiple issues over the years and I keep going back. He is friendly and welcoming, and it's clear he knows his stuff. You can tell he genuinely cares about understanding his patients' concerns and needs and is in the profession for all the right reasons. I've been to many physios over the years and Mike's treatment approach is the best. He does actual treatments and adjustments to help with your recovery, is sure he as well as you understand your injury, and always explains your exercises and why you're doing them. “Unfortunately, my experience at this clinic was extremely disappointing. The physiotherapy sessions felt impersonal and repetitive, for months of treatment, involving just heat and electrical stimulation with very little hands-on treatment or assessment. I didn’t feel that my concerns were being properly addressed, and I didn’t see any real progress during my time there. The physio was always preoccupied on the computer during my sessions. The clinic environment was also not ideal as someone suffering with a concussion/CTE—each time I came in, the front desk staff was extremely loud and engaged in personal conversations, which felt unprofessional and distracting. I also tried massage therapy here but found it ineffective and lacking in therapeutic value. Since leaving, I’ve found a new physio therapist and massage therapist who combines massage and osteopathic techniques, and the difference has been night and day. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic based on my experience, but I hope they take this feedback as an opportunity to improve.”Read moreShow less

“Professional and ambient atmosphere, direct billed my insurance company without issue, online intake questions made the first appointment an actual one hour massage instead of half hour of paperwork. Masseuse was clearly well educated and talented. 10/10.”
