“I normally do not leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. In November 2025, I had two veneers done at this clinic. The experience started poorly and only got worse over time. First, I was originally told that I would be getting a crown and was asked to confirm coverage with my insurance company. After I confirmed that I had coverage, a veneer was placed instead without this being clearly explained to me. I only realized this later when I saw the insurance claim submitted as a veneer rather than a crown. Communication was a major issue throughout the process. The doctor did not provide me with proper aftercare instructions, and because she does not speak English, very little was explained to me. If you do not speak the doctor’s language, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere, especially for cosmetic or restorative work. The quality of the work was also disappointing. The shape and length of the veneer were not done properly, and I had to return to have it shortened and adjusted. Most importantly, both veneers failed shortly after treatment. One fell off after about a week, and the second fell off after approximately a month. Each time, I was told they could simply glue them back on. After multiple reattachments and ongoing issues, I eventually had to replace the veneer altogether in May. When I requested a refund, it was refused. The only solution offered was to glue the veneers back on again, despite the fact that this approach had already failed multiple times. To be fair, the reception staff were always polite and helpful. I also think the doctor is adequate for basic services such as routine cleanings. However, based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic for aesthetic dentistry, veneers, or more complex dental work. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward cosmetic procedure turned into months of inconvenience, repeated visits, additional expenses, and significant frustration.”

“I had a great experience with my dentist in Montreal at Centre Dentaire Fairmount⭐️ I went in for a dental exam and cleaning. Neda took care of the cleaning—she was very kind and has incredibly gentle hands; I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort at all. Dr. Béatrice Teulier also did a full dental check-up and was very kind in explaining everything to me in detail. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that they also speak Spanish. Thank you so much! I definitely recommend this dental clinic in Montreal 🦷🪥”

“My experience was great! I went for extractions for my wisdom teeth because I had pain and the entire experience was wonderful. From the receptionist to the dentists and assistants, everyone was super helpful, dedicated and friendly. I had the extractions with Dr. Tinoco and he was great, very professional and with a lot of experience. I also love how cozy the clinic is, it’s a calm environment and so cute! 10/10”
