Always a great experience at the Spa. Staff is friendly and helpful. Towels are plentiful. Never crowded, always have access to everything. Great views of the water. Excellent lounge area and delicious snacks. Thank you to the team at Spa to continuing to make this Spa the best in lower mainland. Valet parking is $25 if you are spending the day at the Spa. Massage was perfect. If you can get the 90 mins, never feels rushed at all.

You can have a great experience at Fairmont Spa. I recommend trying the lymphatic massage and their excellent facials. Make sure to leave some time to enjoy the spa facilities and relax on the patio. It’s a beautiful place to unwind and have a truly relaxing experience.

I’ve been here twice. Renovations were done in April and they are awesome. There’s now a large Himalayan salt sauna, shared steam room, and it’s a very relaxing atmosphere, with good amenities and change rooms. The treatment beds are the comfiest I have ever laid on, I would go back just for those, and a high quality spa. I had a couples relaxing massage and a custom rejuvenation facial. We were given a complimentary drink because my boyfriend asked them not to email me about the booking as it was supposed to be a surprise, and they emailed me anyway. Also I would recommend the relaxing massage but the facial was not what I was expecting. The products all have essential oils in them which caused my skin to react, and it was different from the facial I had the first time, but I received a free skincare product because of my skin reacting poorly. Overall a relaxing experience and would like to come back just for the amenities.

Fantastic experience! I got a massage and it was 10/10. So was every person of the staff from the receptionist, to the masseuse and the cleaning staff. Everyone incredibly professional and kind. The only reason I give it 1 less star is because of the location. Although very convenient to get to, it is a busy spot so it is quite noisy. I could hear many sirens as I was getting my massage which kind of ruined the relaxing experience a bit. However, I still highly recommend.

I’ve had hundreds of massages over the years, and this was easily one of the best. Montana was exceptional from start to finish. She was genuinely friendly, professional, and immediately put me at ease. What really stood out was her level of skill and intuition. Montana knew exactly how to find and release tension without needing much direction, and her pressure and technique were spot on throughout. She struck the perfect balance between therapeutic and relaxing, which is rare. Overall, an outstanding experience. I walked out feeling noticeably better—both physically and mentally. Thank you Montana!!

We’ve been to Willow Stream Spa at Fairmont Pacific Rim several times and always had amazing experiences—until this visit, which was shockingly bad. The 5th-floor spa is under renovation, and the temporary “6th-floor experience” is a complete downgrade. We were sent to tiny hotel rooms as changerooms, with overflowing laundry baskets and used flip-flops left around (which were still there when we left, 3 hours later). The so-called amenities were the hotel pool and hot tub, where kids were cannonballing and a group of intoxicated men were shouting—hardly the tranquil escape Willow Stream promises. To be clear, I don't blame the guests — I would be doing the same thing if I were a guest at the hotel and they have every right to hang out as they wish. It was just such a massive departure from the normal Willow Stream Spa experience, where Spa-goers are encouraged to relax. Even more concerning, we noted my partner’s pregnancy on the intake form, yet her massage table warmer was accidentally turned on over her abdomen—a potentially dangerous mistake. While my RMT was excellent, her experience was stressful and unsafe. Guest services were polite, but the offer of champagne couldn’t fix a day that felt chaotic, careless, and overpriced. At over $700 for two, this is not the spa experience you're looking for. The whole thing felt like a disappointing joke. Wait until renovations are complete before booking. Update: Guest Services reached out the next day. Thank you for the prompt communication.

First time visiting this spa to celebrate my wedding anniversary (alone), and it was such a great experience! From the reception to the cleaning staff, everyone was friendly and welcoming. I had an RMT massage with Naomi, and, it was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had! I saw some negative reviews here, but my experience was nothing like that. I arrived a bit early and enjoyed the hot tub and steam sauna before my treatment. The weather was perfect, and since it was a weekday, it was quiet and peaceful. I even had the hot tub all to myself for a while. I’ll definitely be back before the summer is gone.

Always a fabulous time here! Great amenities especially in the women’s area. They have a separate private lounge for women in addition to the co-ed lounge areas. Plenty of nooks to hang around with your friends. Love the private cabanas. You can order food to arrive before or after your spa treatment. Overall, expect to stay a couple hours to get the full relaxing experience. I usually spend about 4ish hours here with a 90 minute treatment. This would include time before and after treatment to use the amenities and to shower and freshen up.

What an amazing spa! The minute we walked we were greeted by Jackie who went an above and beyond to make our experience so memorable and positive for my friend’s mini local bachelorette! She took photos of us in a private area away from guests so that other guests were not disturbed and showed us so much kindness in our time with her! Highly recommend this spa ❤️

I really enjoyed my experience at Nordic Spa and Willow Spa at Fairmont Pacific Rim. I did minus 1 star is because I wish there are more steam rooms at spa. We could use 90min at the Nordic Spa which was upper floor and then we had another 90min to use at the spa on the 5th floor for a total of 3 hours. The Nordic Spa has an outdoor pool and dry sauna, with cold dips. I thought 3 hours are enough to stay but needed more!!! But I will come back.
