“very poor total waaste of time”

“I am a new patient of Dr. Rohon, having only had my initial appointment, plus one follow-up appointment, but right from the start I have been extremely impressed with the personal touch I have received from the moment I made my first telephone call. Unlike many places that you telephone today, where you are faced with a barrage of impersonal automated instructions & pushing 1, pushing 2, pushing 3, etc., the Fairfield Health & Wellness Clinic has a REAL PERSON answering their phone, who listens to you and answers your questions, the way it used to be. This simple fact alone makes you feel VERY WELCOME AND THAT THEY CARE -- which is non-extent in the sterile business world of today. I found Dr. Rohon to be very knowledgeable about naturopathic medicine, and he takes the time to explain things so that you understand. You definitely are left with the feeling that he really cares about your medical issues on a personal level. I cannot speak too highly about Dr. Rohon, his staff and office policies.”Read moreShow less
