“I've been seeing Erica since 2023 for back pain that I'd been having for almost 15 years and I can't recommend her enough. She's refreshingly honest and extremely knowledgeable, and she teaches you the skills you need to care for yourself long-term. Thanks to her support and expertise I'm pain-free (even through pregnancy!) and feel like I can keep my body working the way it should. We've moved away but she's the standard I'll be looking for in any future physios.”
