“My ENTIRE family and I have been going to Eyeview Optical for YEARS (16+ years? Likely longer!) and I cannot say enough great things about Christine and her team. I love that they have a huge selection of glasses - designer & non-designer. As someone who wears contacts more than my glasses, I don't love committing to a designer pair every time I need a pair of glasses...and I enjoy having options that I feel comfortable in when I do decide to wear my glasses. I find that their selection of non-designer glasses are affordable, beautiful, and so trendy. I can get 2-3 pairs for the price of 1 designer pair. I also love how responsive Christine is. I often reach out to her via email to order my contact lenses, and I don't think she's ever taken longer than a few hours to respond and place the order. I always hear back SO quickly, which is wildly impressive every single time. I am also notoriously bad for not ordering my lenses in advance before running out or longer trips, and Christine always somehow makes the timelines work. She's even offered to ship my contacts to me in the states. Finally, and most importantly, Christine and her team make every single client feel SO welcome and SO comfortable. There is such an ease to the way they run their business, that truly makes you feel like they genuinely care. One small example, in addition to the above, is that I was recently there for an overdue eye exam and luckily, my prescription didn't change/ get worse! When I left the doctor's room and he informed Christine that I had the same prescription, instead of using it as an opportunity to try and sell me on new glasses or a 'new look' now that I was already there and it has been a few years since I bought a pair of glasses, she simply said 'Yay! Awesome! Congratulations, no change in eye sight!!'. They aren't looking to make a quick sale off of their clients, they genuinely understand the value of long term relationships, and that's why I highly recommend Eyeview Optical.”

“I have been using Eyeview optical since about 2001 (over 25 years) and I will continue to go back as they are all very supportive, patient and offer very reasonable pricing. The nose pads fall of my glasses every once in a while because of how I wear/use them (not a product/service issue) and I can just walk in and get the help I need. They have done this for me 3 or 4 times over the last 25 years. My glasses that I purchased 15 years ago are still intact and all I had to do was replace the lenses since my prescription changed. Great products and service! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a long-term pleasant relationship. Thanks for your great service in our community.”

“My wife and I have been getting our glasses from Costco. Recently, we haven't found anything we like at multiple stores. We started searching for another place to purchase our glasses and after a tedious time we found, Eyeview Optical on Highland Road in Kitchener. They had a large assortment of glasses we had not seen along our journey. My wife was looking for something different and fun. She found around 9 pairs and with Christines expertise she was able to narrow it down to 3 pairs. We found the service and price to be excellent. When we picked up the glasses we met Pedro and found him to be extremely knowledgeable as he fit her glasses. I have now purchased 3 pairs of glasses myself and I am very satisfied with them. I highly recommend you take the time to do a walk through of their store, even if you like where you shop now, you may surprise yourself at what you might find.”
