“We've been bringing our family to EyeTech Optometry of Richmond for a couple of years now, and we couldn't be happier. The entire staff is genuinely amazing — friendly, professional, and truly caring. What stands out the most is how wonderful they've been with our son. “I have been a patient with Dr. Lima for several years, going for regular checkups and updating my glasses prescription. The reception and care has always been attentive, friendly, and professional. Dr. Lima takes the time to answer all of my questions and explains everything clearly and thoroughly. I especially appreciate how she uses pictures, videos, and other visuals to help me fully understand my eye health and vision. I always leave feeling informed and confident about my care. Another big advantage is their availability and convenient hours. “We recently moved to Richmond and needed appointments for our middle child who has been suffering from headaches, as well as regular check ups for myself and my husband. We really loved our former eye doctor so the bar was set pretty high. We felt instantly welcome at EyeTech Optometry of Richmond! The staff there are so friendly and caring, they really create a warm environment, especially for a nervous kiddo. Dr Lima was fantastic!
