“I have been going to Eye Spy Optometry for several years now, and have always had a wonderful experience. Both doctors are incredible and take the time to educate you on your eye care and listen to any and all concerns. Every staff member I have interacted with has also been incredibly wonderful. I used to not really care where I got my eye appointments done, because it all felt the same, until I started working with Eye Spy Optometry and they showed me what a difference a wonderful practice can make.”Read moreShow less

“DO NOT USE eyeSpyOptometry in downtown Calgary!! Worst customer service ever. With the snow and construction downtown I was 10min late for an appt. And they cancelled it! I spent 40min getting there (when it normally takes me 20min to get downtown )in crap weather and construction. I left early and made the effort and they wouldn’t adjust for 10min! Now I have to rebook, but it won’t be with them! In the last snowstorm I was taking my brother for an appt at Foothills Hospital. We were an hour late and the department still took us in, no problem at all. That is what I call dedication to your clients and your profession. If a hospital which is understaffed and overworked can make an adjustment, you would think an eyewear store with 5 people standing around and only two customers in store would be able to be flexible by 10min. “The team at Eye Spy Optometry have always been great for myself and my family. We have used Eye Spy for the past few years and after watching our eyes, I needed to get glasses. Lara, Dr Ross, and the rest of the team were great to help us get our eyes checked, get the right prescription and frames picked out, and make sure that we were well taken care of. “As a visitor to Calgary I had a small eye emergency. From the moment they answered the telephone the receptionist was professional and empathetic to my situation and managed to get me in the same day to see Dr. Ross who was fully booked for the day. Dr. Ross was kind, gentle, knowledgeable and diagnosed my issue quickly. He reassured me that I was going to be ok and prescribed an appropriate medication. But wait, it gets better, the manager of the office knowing that I was a visitor walked me around the corner to ensure I would find the pharmacy because the pharmacy had just moved and the signage wasn’t fully installed, she wanted to make sure I would find the store. This was such a positive experience. Thank you to everyone at this office for helping me. I hope to never need to see them for an emergency eye issue again, but if ever I needed to see a doctor I know exactly where I will go! Thank you to the entire team.”Read moreShow less

“While visiting Calgary I needed my glasses adjusted. They were painful and slipping down my face. I walked in to Eye SPY Optometry and was greeted by 3 lovely ladies, all willing to help even though I did not purchase my glasses at their store. “When I moved to Calgary seven years ago , I was looking for the best optometrist in the city, and the few people I knew at the time all agreed I should meet Dr. Ross from Eye Spy Optometry. And what a fantastic recommendation it was! Not only does Dr. Ross exceed at everything he is doing and is very knowledgeable about all possible eye-related issues, but also he takes time to explain the results of your eye exam at each and every single appointment. Every piece of equipment is cutting edge, and to top it all, the entire team working at Eye Spy is simply amazing and always a delight to meet with.
