“From the minute you walk into Eye District you are welcomed. Someone smiling when they say hello is always a win for me, it tells me they do appreciate my business. You could not ask for a better location downtown on the main level in the Stantec Tower. I wish I had taken photos from inside the store, you would honestly think you were in the middle of a beautiful magazine. I had one of the most in depth eye exams I have ever had. After the exam, the results were explained and my options were presented to me, simple and easy to understand. “Brought my family here so my partner and I could get new glasses and try out Neurolenses. They were incredibly patient and gracious with us, despite bringing 3 kids into their space for hours. I received my Neurolenses which took a few days to adjust to, and worked with me when I had issues with the level of tint I added to my lenses. “My experience at Eye District was honestly like no other. Upon arrival I was greeted by my name at the door. The new location at Stantec Tower is beautiful! An atmosphere of cozy, with nice big chairs, couches and great decor! The staff amazing! For my short wait I was also given a nice flute of champagne for my visit. During my exam, Ahmed was so thorough with a wonderful personality and a dash of wit and humour! Nico was so helpful with picking out frames with what is best suited for me, an absolute gem of a man! “I'm in love with this place!! Great customer service, you can tell that they genuinely care about their clientele. They cater to your specific needs and the one on one experience with their professional eye care representatives can't be beat. “I absolutely love these beautiful people at eye district, they always make me feel cares about, they allow payment arrangements for glasses that if I didn't get I would not be able to do the work I do, but I cannot afford them and pay upfront. There is nothing better than a place that actually cares and works with you and helps you when your budget is tight They are very consistent, efficient and always provide the information needed when needed. I have nothing but good things to say about this business and the wonderful staff that hold it together. I would never ever think of going anywhere else I have been loyal since day one which was I think coming on 4 or 5 years hell they make it so effortless and painless that it's hard to even keep track!! I know I have even gotten a bit disgruntled towards them at times and they still hold their professional caring demeanor which is HUGE ANYWHERE.if I could I would give 100000 stars and that's facts Love you all keep doing what you are doing!
