“The overall service and care has declined. They have had 2 PSWs looking after 32 people. Individual care is not being followed as per the clients plan. Lunches and dinners are late in coming. Cleaning staff help with feeding and moving clients. There is no consistency in the manner in which things are done. The working staff are doing the best they can given the roadblocks they face with staff shortages. I have had to ask that my wife be toileted or day shift will leave it for the afternoon shift. There have been times only two people are trying to feed the clients. The clients are the ones suffering. No point complaining to management”Read moreShow less

“I was not pleased with the lack of care for my 90 yr old Mother. She was there for a week and she was depressed and exhausted when we brought her back home. She'll never be going to there again.
It was always difficult to find staff when my Mom needed them. I arrived to visit and she had fallen asleep in the washroom. That's how long she had been there unattended.”Read moreShow less
