“I’ve been seeing Alberto for almost 2 months now for a shoulder/supraspinatus issue I’ve been dealing with for over 5 years, and I’ve already seen a lot of improvement. “For the last 2 months I have been dealing with sciatica pain in my lower back. A sharp pinch and shooting pain that ran all the way down my leg. As a 22 year old I knew this was unusual so I googled the nearest physio in my area. Mina popped up and I started doing treatments right away. Mina offers a one-stop-shop service with a level of care from himself and his team that I have never seen before at any clinic or physio or even dental care for that matter. Over 7 treatments of 1.5 hours I was receiving exercises tailored to hip recovery we did at their gym, electronic shock wave therapy, cupping therapy, massage therapy, spinal stretches and educational content on why I was having this pain and how to improve it. After a month, I can say that I am pain free and can continue my daily activities. I referred my grandma who has been dealing with severe spinal pain and for the first time she told me she has slept so much better than in the last few years. This is service you will not receive anywhere else and I highly recommend Expert Physio Plus at 4965 Innes Rd Unit-1 to anyone dealing with pain in their body. My only worry is that their staff truly cares, we got along and I will miss seeing them as I don't require treatment anymore.”

“I was treated for shoulder injury and a plantar fasciitis in November. Having very short time to get the treatment completed before leaving for an extended trip Mina Gebraiel was extraordinary and helped reduce my pain and increase my ROM. after 4 treatments. I returned from my trip with no pain , good function in both my shoulder and my foot. “I am really impressed with the atmosphere and professionalism of this facility. The friendly manner and genuine concern for my condition was refreshing. My consultation with Pierre was thorough and he diagnosed and provided therapy that relieved the pain in my hip that had bothered me for years. The whole physio team really know their craft and provide friendly, professional and patient therapy. They provided me with a tailored home exercise plan which I still use on a daily basis to stay limber. I would highly recommend this facility and the whole team for any physio and massage therapy requirements.”
