“I received a gift voucher to get a massage and from the moment of trying to book my massage to actually receiving it I was throughly impressed. I loved all the complementary additions such as cupping and hot stones. I had Rose as my masseuse and she was amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend both the spa and Rose!”

“My one issue is that I only got the chance to experience Exige twice before moving out of province. I saw Melanie for a massage twice. She is a skilled therapist who focused on my problem areas. This spa is truly exceptional in every way. From the moment you arrive at the check-in desk outside the open-concept spa, the atmosphere is completely different. During treatment, no speaking is allowed except for the therapist to confirm pressure is comfortable. For someone like me in the service industry, an hour of silence is a luxury. The spa’s add-on treatments are such a thoughtful touch. More spas should emulate Exige’s approach. Whenever I return to Calgary, I won’t go anywhere else.”

“Absolutely the best massage I have ever had. The staff are incredibly professional and very welcoming. Not a negative thing to say about my whole experience. “Lynn is/was absolutely AWESOME! I had a combo massage for 60 minutes. That was my first time at Medi Spa. I hadn't had a massage since Covid, so I was way overdue. Lynn applied the perfect pressure on me as a first time client. In addition to the benefice of a massage, a ton of stress came out of me. The overall experience was so good for my physical and mental health! I already booked a massage for next week! Thank you SO much, Lynn. Cynthia, the receptionist, was really nice too. “Have being going to Exige Medi Spa for over a year. It's one of the best massage places I've been to, Eric is a phenomenal masseuse, always takes time to know what your concerns are and takes time to give you stretches and advice afterwards. Plus the additional free services that are offered with the massages make it that much more luxurious. Can't say enough good things about the staff and my experience there. “I love Exige. Been a client for years. After trying several places, this is my favourite. The environment is peaceful and they play ambient music with zero talking! Because the space is divided by curtains, there can be no loud noises, and only whispering is allowed to let them know to increase or decrease pressure. I also love that they provide a menu of free options to add to your massage (see photo). I request all of them and the entire massage is nicely paced out over a 90-min appointment (if you so choose). High recommend, and I look forward to my next massage!”

Eric at EXIGE is exceptional I have been seeing him for a year now and every visit is worth of my time. His professionalism and technique is above and beyond His pressure, and ability to find exactly what needed attention were outstanding. He delivered precisely what my body needed, and I left the session feeling light, relieved, and restored. Highly recommended if you haven’t tried Eric I promise you will never be disappointed.”
