“Exhale wellness was very welcoming for my first time visiting. I had Nicoleta as my RMT for deep tissue massage and it was the best i’ve had in a long time. She let me know exactly where all my problem areas were without me saying them. I felt comfortable the whole time and she really took the time to massage and teach me stretches I can do at home. “My first RMT experience in Canada was a success with Exhale Wellness. My 60-minute session with Irina Khazanovsky was wonderful. She was attentive to detail and made my experience enjoyable. “Clean and relaxing atmosphere. The RMT was very good and provided consistent deep pressure for my deep tissue massage. Also provided clear directions/expectations for what’s next. Good communication and check in’s throughout to make sure the pressure is okay.”
