“I moved to Hamilton about a year ago and needed to find a dental clinic. I looked around for a bit, but nothing really felt like the right fit. Then I came across Excel Dental, and they seemed to have everything I was looking for. Even better, everything is done in-house, which made the whole process really easy. I was able to book an appointment within a week, and from the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and welcoming. They took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Overall, I've had a really positive experience. “I'm not always the easiest patient LOL but I have been going to Dr pan for a very long time I appreciate all the stuff there had some pretty intense things I've had to do and they've handled it with professionalism kindness and compassion I would also like to do a shout out to a certain employee her name is Razya each appointment that I have I always feel very calm and relaxed around her she's a very kind and sweet person so thank you Razya ! “Came from Scarborough to see Dr. Pan, Dr. Cindy and their team for gum depigmentation and dental cleaning had an amazing experience. “Extremely pleased with my first visit with Dr. Pan. First, the receptionist was very kind and booked me in for a visit on short notice. I have been dealing with a dental issue for almost a year and Dr. Pan took the time to listen to what my concerns are and tried to remedy the issue using a non-invasive approach. I found Dr. Pan to be very sensitive to my pain and ensured she communicated this to her team when working on my teeth. Dr. Pan took the time to educate me and also entertain any questions I had. “Dr. Pan has been wonderful with my daughter. She is quite nervous about going to the dentist, especially when it comes to having a cavity filled. We’ve tried a few different dentists, but after our recent consultation with Dr. Pan, we felt much more at ease. Dr. Pan was kind, calm, and very patient. She took the time to speak gently with my daughter and explain things in a way that helped reduce her anxiety. That compassionate approach made a big difference for us. We’ve decided to move forward and book the appointment to have my daughter’s cavity filled using laser technology, which we’re hopeful will make the experience even more comfortable for her.
