“My husband and I have been going to Andy at Evok for over two years for anything optician related. Need a nose pad fixed? Andy is always happy to help. Looking for sunglasses recommendations? “I had an exceptional experience at Evok! I had my eyes tested and purchased new frames with lens. The eyewear selection is amazing, great sunglasses too! Andy was patient and kind. I received fabulous customer service - When I picked up my new frames he gladly adjusted my old frames because I mentioned they were too tight and I couldn’t wear them anymore. “A nose pad fell off my glasses, which was super irritating (especially as my regular Optometrist is 400km East). I walked into Evok Eyewear on King St. East in downtown Toronto and the friendly assistant changed both nose pads for free. Aside from this kindess, the shop looked very nice and had some trendy frames. I'd definitely browse their selections the next time I need new glasses.”Read moreShow less

“I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service here- would definitely recommend. The entire staff was extremely welcoming and friendly and I did not feel rushed into selecting a pair of frames. I must have tried on a dozen. I provided Andy with my criteria and he helped me narrow down my search. I wanted frames that were lightweight and had nose pads (they always slip down otherwise!) now that I’m working from home and no longer wearing contacts.
