“I live abroad but am originally from Vancouver and come back to visit for a few weeks at a time throughout the year. I train consistently at home and wanted to keep my momentum going while in town. I found Everyday Athletes, and am thrilled I did. The onboarding process was a breeze thanks to Annie, and my training with Kyle was superb. His patience, good humour, and depth of expertise shone through every single day. I greatly look forward to training here whenever I’m back in town. Thank you all!”Read moreShow less

“I'm so glad I took the leap to join the group classes at Everyday Athletes. Ladies Who Lift with Amy and Total Body Strength with Levi are great classes focusing on strength. Both coaches are extremely knowledgeable about form, give modifications if needed, make great playlists (Amy!!), and inspire me to challenge myself. I've learned so much from them! My fellow group class goers are so welcoming and fun - it's great having friends to workout with. A Yaletown gem for sure.”Read moreShow less

“My personal trainer, Robbie, has been absolutely incredible and truly life-changing. Everything he taught me—about fitness, health, discipline, and building sustainable habits—has completely transformed my life. I started with him back in 2021, and even though I fell off more times than I can count, he never once made me feel guilty or discouraged. Instead, he supported me with patience, positivity, and genuine care. Even when I wasn’t an active client, he always made time for me, answering every question I had about workouts, nutrition, or healthy habits. That kind of commitment is rare, and I appreciate it more than he knows. Now it’s 2025, I’m approaching 40, a mom of three, and I’m the strongest and healthiest I’ve ever been—no back pain, no knee pain, just confidence and strength.”Read moreShow less

“A Breath of Fresh Air in the Fitness World Everyday Athletes Gym is honestly a gem. What I love most is that it doesn’t feel like one of those intimidating gyms where you have to already be fit to walk through the door. Their approach to fitness is rooted in overall health, healing, and education—it’s not about chasing trends or pushing heavy weights just for the sake of it. The team is super friendly, down-to-earth, and incredibly knowledgeable. They take the time to explain fitness in a way that actually makes sense and feels attainable. They’ve helped me unlearn a lot of myths and misinformation that are so common in the fitness world right now. What really stands out is the leadership. The way the owners teach and lead their team is so refreshing—they don’t just train them in typical gym basics. They emphasize accountability, support, and real education. They teach in a way that’s empowering, never condescending. You feel like you’re being supported, not talked down to—and that energy trickles down through the entire team. There’s no pressure to sign up or perform. Just real people helping you reach your goals at your own pace. The gym itself is cozy, welcoming, and filled with people who genuinely care. If you’re looking for a gym that values your whole well-being and makes you feel seen and supported, I can’t recommend Everyday Athletes enough.”Read moreShow less

“Annie and Robbie have to be the best personal trainers in Vancouver. Annie helps me keep my body in great shape and my head in the right place, week after week. She is able to work around a small injury that can’t be fixed, and helps me recover from any injuries that can be fixed. Without the session I get once per week, my life would never be as good as it is. All the trainers that I’ve met at Everyday Athletes are extremely positive, very knowledgeable and super nice. There is always a great vibe at the gym, even early in the morning. The facility is always spotless. It has all the equipment that it needs, and it’s all in great condition. Great personal training studio!”Read moreShow less

“I’ve been training at Everyday Athletes for a few years now, mostly with Robbie, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the experience. When I first started, I was dealing with a serious back injury and a real fear that constant pain and relying on medication was just going to be my new normal. But Robbie saw something better for me, and through our work together, I now feel better than ever. With his support and expertise, I’ve gotten to a place where I can do whatever I want. My body feels strong, capable, and resilient, and my mind does too. When I do have flare-ups, I’ve got the tools and knowledge to figure out what’s going on and how to handle it. That kind of confidence and empowerment means everything. Along the way, I’ve also had the chance to train with other trainers like Amy, Tyler, and Paul, who are all awesome in their own way. Everyone at Everyday Athletes brings something special to the table, but what they all have in common is a real understanding of what personal training should be about: building strength and mobility that actually supports your everyday life. And beyond the workouts, I’ve really come to value the friendship and great conversations I’ve had with Robbie during our sessions. I always leave totally spent (in the best way!) but also energized, both physically and mentally. Whether you are just looking for a great workout, building long-term strength, recovering from an injury, or simply feeling better in your own body, this place meets you where you are. Just like their name suggests, Everyday Athletes is all about helping you become the best version of you, whatever that looks like. It’s exactly what you need it to be. This place and people are amazing!”Read moreShow less
