“I had an RMT session with Jungwoo (Julian) Choi today, and it was truly outstanding. Compared to anywhere else I’ve been, his service was incredibly kind and attentive. I have been suffering from chronic pain for over a year. I tried various treatments like acupuncture, massage, and chiropractic care at many different clinics, but I never saw significant results. However, after just one session with Julian, I feel so much better. My left arm, which used to hurt every time I lifted it, feels much more comfortable and mobile now. Julian is remarkably meticulous and precise. He was persistent in locating the exact source of my pain and effectively treated it. It was easily the best experience I’ve had. “I had an exceptional experience with Yong Jin (Andy) at the Langley City location. I came in to try acupuncture (nervously) for ongoing neck and back pain and I’m so glad I did. From the start Andy made me feel completely at ease, taking the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring I was comfortable throughout. What stood out most was how genuinely invested he was in my care. He took the time to fully understand my concerns - offering thoughtful and holistic insights that went far beyond just acupuncture. His approach felt thorough, personalized, and deeply compassionate. I was also incredibly inspired by his dedication, he went beyond the allotted time to make sure I received as much treatment and benefit as possible. “I’ve been coming here for about 3 months now, and always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed after my RMT appointment with Samantha! She is really good at what she does, and cares about what you’re looking for out of every appointment. Highly recommend!”

“We’ve been coming here for a while and never had any issues until our last visit. This time, we were charged the full price and weren’t allowed to use my insurance for my wife, even though we’ve used it here before without any problems. The receptionist wasn’t helpful at all in explaining or trying to resolve it, which was really frustrating. We tried to follow up by email afterward but didn’t hear back. It’s disappointing because we’ve always liked this place, but after this experience, we won’t be coming back.”Read moreShow less

“I needed physio badly, but had been avoiding it due to a previous bad experience elsewhere. I happened on Evergreen Rehab and Wellness by chance and thought I’d check it out. I was pleasantly greeted, and was able to have Jaffy come out and talk to me. I explained my situation and asked for his take and suggestions as to how to proceed if I decided to start. He was right on the money, I could tell he knew what he was talking about, and he was very pleasant and easy to talk to. I made my first appointment two days later.Since then, I have been getting treatment from him for a little while. At the time I went to him I had just bought a walker, and was more or less dragging 1 foot. I expected to be using the walker quite a lot, but that’s not been the case.My mobility was in bad shape. I found an important improvement after my first session with Jaffy. I can’t tell you what a relief that was. During my treatments Jaffy always checks if I’m OK with everything and it is easy to tell him something, or ask a question. I am very highly recommending Evergreen Rehab and Wellness to anyone that needs some physical help. You will be pleasantly greeted by Sally at the front desk, and then make an appointment for Jaffy. “Lovely receptionist and great atmosphere! Super calming front room. I had Jaffy for a dry needling session several months back for chronic back pain and wondered if I should leave a review.. He seemed to know what he was doing, but I felt he was either having a bad day because I was near his last appointment, but I wasn't picking up awesome vibes.. felt low key condescending to me.
