I had no choice but to leave 1*. If I was able to leave negative numbers i would. Very condescending and somewhat abusive and dismissive behaviour. They dont help! Some one in charge needs to observe and make changes here asap!! They have signs everywhere that state they dont accept disrespectful behaviour. That is a 2 way street. Why should we!! Some staff at this facility should be fired and held accountable for there behaviour from supervisions on down. Clean house!! Peoples health and lives depend on it!!!!

I came to this clinic to get my daughter's 4 & 6 months and her 1 year immunizations. Every staff member, from receptionist to nurses, were very friendly and helpful. They call a day before to remind you about the appointment! They always take their time to explain things to and answer any questions and really care about their patients. I've always had the best experience here with my daughter and will continue to come back and recommend this clinic! THANK YOU to Lisa & their fantastic team.

I phoned the public health department last Feb regarding my schedule for immunization. The lady I spoke to was not so accomodating nor helpful. She did not answer my inquiry at all but told me ask the staff in person about my concern. She could have just referred me to someone who can answer my question. Like a public health nurse. At the end, she hang up the phone right away and she sounded like annoyed and irritated from the call. Phone etiquette? How can she work in a community health centre with an attitude like that? Unreal.

I visited this clinic for my baby's 2 & 4 months immunization. The staff calls a day in advance to remind about the vaccination. Lisa was awesome and gave quick 2 month's shots to the baby. For the 4 months vaccination a staff checked the height, weight and head size of the baby and entered it in the child's health passport. It was a calm experience for me and baby on both the occasions. Thank you.

I came to this clinic to get my daughter's 2 month immunizations. Every staff member, from receptionist to nurses, were very friendly and helpful. They took their time to explain things to me and answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this clinic based on my experience.

AVOID THIS CENTRE. Today, January 15th, 2021, 10:30am, I went to this health centre with my wife and newborn baby, as per the nurse. I parked on the side and told my wife to go ahead while i find parking. When i came in, this blonde lady (probably in her 40s) immediately told me ‘can you wait outside’, so rude. I thought Canadians say please a lot, but not this one. So i waited outside, the only people there were my wife and my baby, another mother, then the two receptionist. And there’s no signs how many people should be in. When i was outside, my wife told me that the same rude blonde lady said ‘i dont get why people come in at the same time!’ Like seriously, the time and date were given to us by the nurse, we did not set it up. Mind you this same rude blonde girl was not wearing a mask, i am not kidding. Check the cameras. This place is a health centre, you would expect staff to follow protocol, but not this Karen. She feels so entitled. Reading the reviews here, i can tell that we are reviewing the same rude person, and it looks like no action is being done. Maybe it’s about time. Please remove that toxic person, who is so miserable that she is making other people as miserable as her. Let me just remind these people, YOU WORK FOR ME. MY TAX DOLLARS PAYS FOR YOUR PAYCHECK. YOU WORK FOR ME, THE LEAST THAT YOU CAN DO IS ACT LIKE A DECENT PERSON. Crazy b*tch.

The lady who answered my call was not professional, patient nor willing to help; I was just asking if there are flu shot available, and she said no this year; she pulled off the line when I was still asking further; when I called back, she raised her voice and said, I EXPALINED TO YOU, NO, GO TO THE DOCTOR OR PHARMARY, THANK YOU!. really gave me some attitudes. very rude; some supervisors need to involve and train these people to treat people nicely, because you are paid by the taxpayers.

I cannot give enough praise to the nurses that manage the Baby and Me Parenting program at this Community Health Centre. They are the best: kind, compassionate and they run a solid group to support caregivers. They are not afraid to answer any question under the sun or will find an answer or verified resource for you and they do it with such a fiery passion to empower others. They definitely need more support and funding to continue doing the excellent work that they do.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I asked my mother to call them as I needed my vaccination history and I was too busy from my work orientation. They said I needed to call them myself, so I did. A lady answered the phone and was laughing with a coworker (I could already tell this person wasnt going to be professional), I told her my name and that my mom called earlier about my vaccination history and she said she needed my name and there were a lot of people that called her (like I cared). Had to mention my name again, as she was searching for my vaccination history she was still joking around in the background with a coworker. The lack of professionalism, never going to this place again. All she said was she got it and to pick it up the next day then hanged up.

I called in to book an immunization appointment, and got bounced around 5 times before I spoke to the right person. Person #4 had a bad attitude when I politely brought it up. Not a well-run clinic especially compared to the other 6 community health centres I called today.
