“I have been for three laser tattoo removal sessions so far and wow… is it painful. Thankfully April was amazing throughout the whole appointment. She’s super friendly, reassuring, and keeps talking to you during the process which really helps distract your mind, even if just a little. “Disappointing pedicure service and customer service following feedback First time pedicure at Euphoria, chose the deluxe “spa” as I was celebrating and although the appt started wonderfully, greeted, brought coffee, relaxing … things went sideways when I was left unattended for 25 mins when told it would be 10 minutes, had to call the spa reception 5 mins before scheduled end of my appt to have someone come back. Rushed through last 4 mins of polish, which subsequently did not set, as appt ran over. Very disappointing especially as I was celebrating and felt forgotten. Requested refund, offering the opportunity to the Manager / Owner to make it right, for me to come back and have a good experience, was denied and offered what is provided free - steam room/ sauna - to patrons. Despite the acknowledgement from Euphoria that this did not meet their client experience excellence and leaving a client unattended is unacceptable, no meaningful remedy offered.”Read moreShow less

“Shawn was a great hairdresser. He did exactly what I wanted and that is rare to happen when I go to hair salons. He is very kind and talkative. “If you’re looking for a hidden gem right in downtown Peterborough, look no further. From the time you enter, you are welcomed in person and looked after from start to finish. The space is far bigger than I imagined. As well, the number of services- from the sauna, steam room, and rooftop space, you will be amazed! “Ryan made me feel completely at ease with his happy demeanor and professional mannerisms, as well as the overall experience. Being able to have time afterwards to wind down with the choice of sauna, steam or both relaxed my muscles and mind even more so. “Simone and her team have created a wonderful relaxing atmosphere at Euphoria Wellness Spa. The essential oils diffused throughout mixed with the beautiful decor, calming water features and candles immediately releases any tension the guest may have. I love working downtown and being able to spend a few hours meeting for coffee in the lounge, enjoying a massage or pampering myself in the salon or nail areas. One of my favourite places is the rooftop exterior lounge with an amazing few of Downtown Peterborough overlooking the river into Little Lake with twinkling lights, heaters and tropical plants throughout the seating areas. This is an amazing place to host an event! Whenever I am able to do so, I choose Euphoria Wellness Spa and I highly recommend that you do the same! The team is exceptional and the service is unlike anywhere else. Update: I attended the Spa Euphoria Patio Launch today and the event space is absolutely incredible! Gorgeous views of downtown Peterborough, beautiful outdoor furnishings, a bar area and fire pits! The Canoe Cafe patio is beautiful with floral arrangements and sleek furniture. This business is very friendly and welcoming! Update: I have had the pleasure of enjoying the U4 patio with friends and for business meetings. I absolutely love the space! They have preordered catering options and a bar. You can also purchase from the Canoe Cafe Co for gelato, beverages and snacks! Update: Kristy is a long time masseuse who I have never had complete treatment. Due to a cancellation of one of her regulars, I got the appointment last minute. This massage relaxed me for the first time in a long time (after months without massage therapy). She is very knowledgeable and very considerate with any health related concerns that you may have.
