“EDIT: Just had a routine cleaning at a different dental office - it went perfectly, as it usually does. They told me they use a tool called a waterpick which gets most of the tarter and plaque before doing the rest. Zero pain, needed no freezing and was treated with respect. I think my terrible experience at Esthene had to do with their new dentist who is not listed on their site. I don't expect a response here-- looks like they don't respond, but you may want to review your practices with newer folks joining your team. Feels great to know I wasn't crazy though. ---------- ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW Not a great experience overall. I’ve lived had dental work across Canada and usually enjoy going to the dentist, but this was by far my worst dentist experience ever. I had my first appointment here this afternoon, and the gum measuring was very painful (which was unusual) so I asked for freezing. While the dentist stepped out to get my records, the assistant seemed visibly frustrated by my discomfort letting out an obnoxious sigh. When the dentist returned, she continued examining my mouth without freezing or explaining what she was doing, and appeared annoyed when I reminded her I had requested it. Communication throughout the visit was just less transparent and less kind compared to what I’m used to. I wasn’t told what to expect, and when I asked where an injection would go, the dentist’s response again felt irritated rather than reassuring. I eventually became too uncomfortable to continue and decided to skip the cleaning. The dentist's reaction felt dismissive, and I was left unsure of what to do next without guidance. I wasn’t sure where to go to get to the lobby and when I asked to be shown, the assistant eventually took me downstairs, after whispering something to the dentist in front of me. And they both certainly seemed reluctant and annoyed that I didn’t know my way around the building. Seems I had a very different experience than most. My dentist is not named on the website and not mentioned in the comments either. I believe her last name is Daniel. Very odd. Just wow. I’m not usually anxious at the dentist, but this experience made me understand why some people are. I also found the billing unclear, which added to my discomfort. I would not recommend based on my experience.”

“Dr. Panwar is an outstanding dentist, truly on another level. His skill and precision are exceptional, and his honesty in treatment planning shows how much he genuinely cares about his patients. I have a strong dental phobia and usually hate freezing, but Dr. Panwar was so gentle that I felt completely at ease. It was honestly an amazing experience. He’s one of the best dentists in London, Ontario, without a doubt. Bree, his dental assistant, is incredibly caring and attentive. She helps make every procedure feel smooth and well-organized. Their teamwork is seamless and really impressive. Brianna at the front desk is so sweet and helpful. She worked hard to coordinate my appointments and made the whole scheduling process stress-free. “Visiting the dentist has never been such a pleasure than at The Esthene Centre! We have been a part of this ‘family’ as of our arrival to London, and have enjoyed every visit since. We were very grateful to have Dr. Panwar handle our very first ‘dental emergency’ in such a professional manner, and was so kind as to advise us in this situation. We also had the pleasure of having him walk us along our daughter's journey with braces. The process was very straightforward, and we are very lucky to have a dentist who went out of his way to warn us and advise us in every situation we were new to. The crew and office handle every situation in a very professional manner. I am especially thankful for the abundance of patience demonstrated in the office. Everyone is so kind and supportive as my English is not best, and I thank everyone for their understanding. “Hands down, the best dental office in London! I have been a patient here for over 25 years and Dr. Panwar has always taken amazing care of my teeth. All of the staff here are very friendly, caring and professional and they always make you feel welcomed for your appointment. “I hated visiting the dentist. Then I became a patient of Dr. Graber. He is amazing. As much as he can depending upon the circumstances, he tailors the necessary care to fit the individual considering their sensitivities and concerns. The entire team at the dental office is outstanding. They show incredible compassion, humour and are always true professionals.
