“I love coming to Estate of Health for our annual girls spa day. My friend and I have made it a tradition every year in the summer to relax and pour into ourselves. One suggestion I would make is to add wooden accordion style privacy door for the out door showers to be able to fully utilize the salt scrub. A little wooden bench would make that area in the spa perfect. Thanks for having us and we look forward to coming back next year.”Read moreShow less

“I went to one of the spa nights with a group of girls. Had a wonderful night. Used the pool, the sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, fire pit, and lounge chairs. 👌 I loved the small details they provided bags for wet clothes, tea/water, the comfy robes and lockers for safe keeping. “My significant other and I purchased a day pass, we enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, pool, cold plunge and tea room. Everything was very clean. The atmosphere was very relaxing. We each had a massage that was great. There are large trees surround the property, it is a very serene place to spend the day. Every time I come I deepen the relationship with my mind and body and with other lovely patrons of the spa. The practitioners and yoga instructors are unparalleled - they are extremely passionate about what they do and this shows in their voice, presence and true Care towards you. If you have the chance to do yoga or any treatment or events with the Owner and Director Jordan you will feel blessed to have met her. She is so lovely and present and makes you feel welcome and like family in this space and in your body! She has dedicated so many years to creating so much opportunity for you to enjoy, heal, and to love yourself. This is my 5th time coming , this time I have come for 4 days here making my own mini-retreat and I love the grounds, the positive space, the Thermotherapy Day Spa is a must and you hang out and relax as long as you want! The zero gravity chairs with music transport to a level of relaxation that you may never even knew existed. The experience at the Estate of Health is so unique and you are sure to leave more centered, relaxed , healed. Please join so many of us who could never just come once - we always find a reason to return! I come from the USA to Estate of Health because I know it will be the perfect place to recenter, learn, and pamper myself.
