In January of 2025 I started with Dr Dayne Garant to rehab a work place injury. I’ve heard from others that physio didn’t really work and was a waste of time so I had a little bit of a biased outlook going into it. Dayne is the complete opposite his approach you can tell isn’t a cookie cutter technique and he specializes treatment for each individual patient for the best results possible and If your willing to do the work his plan works. I seen Dayne twice a week for 8 weeks and the results speak for themselves I was dealing with an elbow injury and at the final appointment my range of mobility was almost double and so was my grip strength and I can honestly say my elbow feels better than before the injury. If you need physical therapy dayne’s the man would highly recommend him to anyone

I had shoulder and bicep surgery, and they helped me get back my range of motion. Even though I progressed slowly, they were very patient with me. The physiotherapy staff of Deb, Mackenzie, and Kennedy, and also the massage therapist Melissa are very friendly and were a pleasure to work with during my rehabilitation. Also, the office administrator, Paige, was always a pleasure to see every visit. She was always happy, helpful, and would engage in occasional conversation. I would recommend Essex physiotherapy.

Hurt my back working construction, was hardly able to walk and these guys got me back to work within a couple months. They're friendly and gave me all the tools I needed to recover and get my strength, and life, back.

You receive personal attention at every visit. Russ and Jill customize a treatment plan that addresses your needs. Their care and concern for you shows. I can’t rave enough. Currently receiving treatment for total shoulder replacement.

Wasnt a great first experience. They were great when I called looking to be fit for a brace and fit me in same day. Was told they will order it today and hopefully get here by end of week. This was on a Tuesday. I called the following Monday because now i am in a lot more pain to see if brace was ready. I found out not only was it not ready they hadnt even ordered it yet. They say there were technical issues however they didnt even give a courtesy call. Went to Kinect Connections they had items in stock and available.

I have been here at two different occasions. The first time I was there for several months. The first time, I went, a couple years ago, the first physiotherapist sat in the room the whole time. I saw her once other than my assessment. She told me to tell her if something she was doing caused pain. I told her it did and then she told me that I should expect that. That was the limit of our interaction. Then an excellent therapist took over. She was outstanding: really helpful and caring. Unfortunately, she has left. After she was gone, I also left. During these first visits, the physio assistant sat at a desk the whole time on her phone, unless someone who was friends of her family came in. Then she chatted with them. I see that she has left, too. There was another physio assistant sometimes there who was much more involved in her job and quite good. I decided to try a second round. Got a new physio who was very pleasant. However, she didn't really seem to take my situation very seriously, kept telling me it wasn't that bad. My doctor thinks it is! My doctor wants me to get physiotherapy. But I will have to find another place.

Wish I had gone here 13 years ago when my issues began. Could not be more satisfied with the progress I am making.

I chose to go here for my Physio after my complete knee replacement. The staff here is so wonderful they're very kind and patient and still challenging to make you reach the goals you need to reach for your recovery. from a cheerful greeting from Brandy the receptionist, Mackenzie is very thorough, attentive and patient. Sarah is efficient and very attentive. Paula is so excellent in her attentiveness and encouragement and the other staff that I can't remember the names are also wonderful. They all genuinely care....a rare find these days.
