“if i could give no stars i would, the receptionist talked over me and didn’t sound professional like at all , she doesn’t seem to be fit for the job she does. just food for thought, be nice to communicate with people who are kind back.”

“The attention here is a nightmare, I went for an appointment at 8.45 and the doctor showed up at 9.15am. He apologized and he said no body new I was there, but the guy in the front door told me to wait there and maybe he didn’t say anything ? Who knows.. the doctor was very kind and great service but then he told me that they would send the prescription to the shoppers on Esquimalt right away. I went to the shoppers and waited there for 25 min more or less. Then I came back to the clinic asking if everything was alright, unfortunately I found a really bad attitude and bad behaviour from the nurse to me. She said I am sending it right now almost speaking loud, no apology and no I am sorry. Maybe because I am not Canadian and I am not white ? It is crazy who the medical services in a “first world “ country are just a nightmare and people don’t treat you as you deserve. These kind of attitudes make me want to go back to my developing third world country but with no bad moods and racism”
