“Laura Gardonio is an excellent physiotherapist. I am seeing her following surgery on my lower leg as a result of serious accident 5 months ago. Laura asked me what my goals were and crafted a plan that would see me strengthen very specific muscles to move me from being ‘functional’ to being active again. As well she is very experienced with techniques to mobilize and manipulate locked joints to increase my range of motion. Laura communicates her thoughts clearly and emails helpful instructional videos of the exercises for me to do between visits.
