“I have tried the cacao sound event and the infrared sauna. Both were welcoming and great experiences. I haven't done an infrared sauna before but found it so helpful - I thought I needed a massage but the sauna provided the relief and lovely experience I needed. I also am trying a tincture which I am quite keen about - David is so knowledgeable and kind - whole heartedly recommend!”
