“My dentist, Dr. Lai, is one of the best dentists I have ever had. She takes the time to explain procedures thoroughly, presents treatment options, and ensures I am comfortable throughout each visit by offering regular breaks and checking in to see if I need anything. Her bedside manner is truly exceptional. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and always runs on time. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. “Dr A and K Patel are hands down the best dentists I’ve ever worked with. When Dr.A first saw my case, and how aesthetically demanding it was, he was humble enough to route it to Dr. K. They work with utmost honesty, and only work on teeth where it actually needs to be worked on. The results in the images attached were from a case of a dark tooth due to 2 broken front teeth from childhood fall + root canal in one of them. The before and after speaks for itself, working with my preference to not take away from the tooth structure and using fillings to achieve better aesthetics.”Read moreShow less

“I Set up a Cleaning and Dentist Exam. as I generally do every 6 months. I've been going to this Dental Clinic for many many years. As always, I feel at home at either of the Erinwood Dental Clinics. This booking was a Team Effort by both clinics this time around. Time was of the essence as my insurance runs from April to April and I was looking for a booking before the end of March that had to include the cleaning and Dr. A, and use of this fiscal years insurance. The office Manager Ginnel at the New Clinic and Sandra at the Original Clinic helped make this it all happen. The New Clinic is top notch and very modern. The Original Clinic is well maintained and updated. It has a Great Social Vibe, unlike most dental offices. The staff seem very engaged with their clientele which is great. Many of us have been going there for years and they literally know us. Both Clinics are very clean. Andrea the Dental Hygienist was fantastic, kind, and efficient. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. As for a Dentist, I do not see anyone except Dr. A. He is the only dentists , that makes me feel comfortable and well looked after. We all have our favorites and the clinic recognizes this. Dr. A. is very innovative and up to date on all the latest dental techniques. Thank you Dr. A as always and Thank you to Kim, Sandra and Alanna. You all make me feel Valued and at home. Best News, No cavities but I am going to have a few filings changed to white next week by Dr. A. Anyone looking for a friendly Dental Clinic should call this office.
