“I started at EMPP with my baby when he was only a few weeks old due to some tension from birth. I continued working with them for the next year joining all the milestones & me classes we could (shoutout to Ashley!)! “We have nothing but praises for Ms. Ashley. She is a wonderful and compassionate physiotherapist who is well versed in her profession. She takes her time to explain why we are doing each exercise, which muscles we’re working and how we can replicate at home. “We had such a great experience at EMPP. Erin was absolutely amazing with my daughter, down to doing her hair at the end of session too. Kiddo warmed up to her fairly quickly. Assessment was thorough, communication was plentiful, all my questions were answered, and my updates were always received with joys. They are a fantastic team to work with. “Absolutely loved using this company for their paediatric physiotherapy services! We initially went there for the Torticollis my child had when she was born and were able to get it all fixed through physiotherapy. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and were super helpful in addressing any concerns we had. The place was also very clean and kid friendly which was also a bonus for us! “We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Erin. I brought our son to see Erin as a newborn for feeding/sucking issues due to a tongue tie. Our concerns were always taken seriously and validated. Each assessment was explained fully in terms that you could understand and relate to. Erin or her team always answered emails quickly, which gave us so much peace of mind between appointments. She worked closely with our lactation consultant and we were given thoughtful suggestions to try at home when we were experiencing difficulties/ regressions. Erin provided different bottles from their “lending library” for us to try when the ones we had at home weren’t successful. This was extremely helpful especially when our budget for spending is reduced due to being on mat leave. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and supportive, we truly couldn’t have asked for better care. The space was always clean for each visit.
