“I had a very positive experience at Erie Shores Eyecare .Had my eyes examined by Dr Langois.She is a very patient friendly and approachable doctor.Made me comfortable during my eyes exam and explained her findings in details. “Came in for an exam for contact lenses on April 10. Paid in full. It is May 25 and over the course of 4-5 weeks the have admitted to first not filling out the order properly and now I had to email and call only to find out they're on backorder. I want my money back and I will go to a different optometrist. Also they're offices and waiting room is really dirty. The chairs are stained and smell bad. The floors are filthy and dusty as well. I don't think anyone that works there really knows what they're doing. I want a refund. UPDATE!!! They gave my husband my contacts during his appointment to get his prescription printed so HE CAN ORDER ONLINE FOR WAY CHEAPER AND WAY FASTER. My contacts are in some weird bag with a sticker that says "whiskey" on it. No solution or case. And of course they don't work and they are colored a light blue color It looks like I have light green eyes when I wear them WHICH IM NOT. I still want a refund. Whoever Karen is, she says that she was able to grab them from another optometrists office so I didn't have to wait the 4-6 weeks for mine. “Mrs Santos was very attintive told me what each test was about and specifically asked me how long my eyes had been bothering me and the testing was painless. She's very knowledgeable in her field..then the Dr took over and explained what was happening in my eyes. They gave me explicit details to heal and massage them. Dr hagar was awesome. “They were not transparent about cost. I was told I'd pay $90 for a contact lense fitting but was charged $150. My wife has been waiting for over a month for her contacts to come in. Every time she calls there's a new excuse. Apart from all that I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the office. The floors were dirty and the office had a bad smell.
