“I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. First of all, the location is very convenient for me because it’s literally only a one minute walk from my apartment. 2nd of all, all the staff are friendly, funny, and not afraid to crack jokes to put patients at ease during treatment. “I fascial stretch with Carla regularly and with her help I can train for a triathlon, lift weights, carry my 3 kids, outrun my boarder collie and fight fires in Gotham any day of the week. “The reason is unprofessional and biased behaviour of Mariya Waris. She behaved rudely and did not hesitate to insult, in front of other waiting people. I am forced to write this feedback after waiting for 2 weeks to receive any response to my complaint or atleast an acknowledgement to my appointment cancellation request. “I just completed four months of Physio with Hemazi Kosada because of an injury resulting in a leg fracture and separated shoulder. I have had physio in the past but I was extremely impressed with Hema. She is highly educated, extremely smart and personable. She treated me as a whole, not just my injuries. We worked together as a team and she fully explained the anatomy of why I was doing the exercises, she suggested.
