“I saw Brett for 6 or 7 sessions to help rehab some minor shoulder and foot injuries, and it was an excellent experience. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable, working to develop a recovery plan that fit my schedule and personal fitness philosophy. I didn't feel judged or critiqued at any time, just supported and encouraged. Would gladly go back if I ever need to, but hopefully I won't!”

“My job involves working long hours at the computer and driving, and I'm not always great at taking time to stretch and move my body.... so I walk around day-to-day with chronic pain, and woke up today with acute pain in my neck, shoulders and low back. I was very lucky that Eramosa Physiotherapy in Elora was able to offer me a same-day appointment! I got a massage with one of their RMTs named Paul, who took the time to ask questions about what's going in my life that has contributed to my chronic muscle pain, and explained how different muscles are connected which demystified why I was in so much pain. He used effective techniques to release muscle tension, and I felt noticeable pain relief after the session. I've had a lot of experience with RMTs and can confidently say that Paul is a very skilled RMT. Paul also taught me some easy stretches with practical cues to address the ongoing issues in my shoulders/neck/back so I can do some self-care at home. I don't usually post Google reviews and wanted to take time to give Paul his flowers because I am very grateful!”
