“I have loved my experiences working with Sarah over the years. She has a unique approach to physio that not many people have. She understands the connections of the mind and body, and looks at your problem from multiple angles. I experienced lower back pain for over 6 years (as someone in their 20's) and couldn't get it sorted. I tried some chiro, some other physio, massage, and more, but the problem never got better, until I worked with Sarah. She shifted my mindset related to the back pain, and gave me both 'classic physio' methods to do at home, and some that I've never heard of before. I believe the mix of this is what's helped me turn my everyday back pain into a 'rarely sore back.' If I ever have a flare up, I know exactly what to do thanks to Sarah. Sarah genuinely cares about the people she works with. Her heart is so big. I feel completely at ease, taken care of, and seen when I'm with her. Fun fact, she also wore barefoot shoes before they were mainstream. She's smart, always learning, and wants to help you. In the best way possible, she wants to make sure you don't have to come back.”
