“My partner and I were involved in a MVA in July, in which we were both quite injured and therefore became patients at this clinic. We honestly can’t describe the appreciation we have for Sarah, Denyse and Simone. Every time we arrive for treatment, we are greeted with so much warmth by Denyse, who knows each of the clinics patients by name and genuinely cares for them. We then are treated by either Sarah or Simone, who both have worked so hard in an attempt to get us back to our pre accident state. Sarah, specifically, has provided me with so much comfort when it comes to my concussion, is always encouraging, patient, and kind - not to mention beyond knowledgeable. Denyse will sit and talk to me for 10 minutes after my appointment, reminding me to be gentle with myself and give myself grace as healing takes time. Simone makes my week, providing a space for me to relax and rest for an hour during our massages, which have been extremely effective in the healing process. The level of care provided by the whole team is just more than we ever could’ve asked for - everyone in the clinic knows your name, everyone is so lovely, and it’s a smaller clinic that feels less intimidating and more like seeing old friends. I am still attending treatment but my partner has been discharged and we talk frequently about how grateful we are for this clinic. “Every time I go there the staff are being helpful and understanding. I've worked with a few of the physiotherapists now and they have all been the picture of professional and courteous. “I've been going to this physio clinic for a few months and the staff have been awesome! Jeff (PT) has a positive, professional manner that has helped me improve greatly. Without his expertise I feel I wouldn't be able to do my day to day and he has given me the tools I need to help me return to work. One of the reasons I chose this clinic was because it was a short distance from my home but now that I know the staff (Shawna, Jeff, Ryan and now Simone) I would travel out of my community to be their client. “Jeff was great, helped me get the use back in my ankle after surgery, easy to work with and provide lots of exercises to do at home.
