“I have been a client of Chris at U.N.I. for a number of years. The team at U.N.I. has helped me to overcome back, shoulder and leg issues. They always demonstrate a mature approach when it comes to my personal limitations, while motivating and pushing me to higher levels. “We picked our vacation rental because it had a fitness center, but we found that it was closed for repairs during our stay. Ugh! UNI was the only local option we found for a weekly gym pass, and it was only a few blocks away, in such a great location in Vieux Montreal.
