Please make sure that you are asymptomatic - save for seasonal allergies- and have been free of fever for 24 hours prior to your appointment. If not, please reschedule.
Cancellation Policy : Same-day (after midnight on day of appointment) Cancellations will be charged half of appointment cost. Same-day shortening of length of treatment will be charged cost of originally-booked length of treatment. No Shows will be charged full cost of missed appointment and will not be permitted to book another appointment until fee is paid. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
I am happy to provide Direct Billing services to all major providers. Please contact your insurance company prior to your appointment to make sure you have coverage for massage or acupuncture, and ask whether a prescription is required for these services.

“Felicia is an amazing practitioner and I am always quick to recommend her to anyone who even mentions they have some pain. She has helped me with a number of issues stemming from past car accidents and new issues I didn’t even realize could be helped before seeing her. She always goes the extra mile to do whatever she can to help with my issues - it's never “just” a massage. She has helped with back pain, hip problems, shoulder and neck pain, migraine related pain, and an ongoing wrist injury. I often joke that “I would fall apart if I skipped a month”; but some days I wonder how much of a joke that really is. Felicia combines her knowledge of therapeutic massage, acupuncture, cupping, and rapid release to ensure that you are in the best hands - quite literally. “I highly recommend Felicia for her acupuncture, therapeutic massage and cupping skills and services. I started seeing Felicia almost a year ago due to some severe back and leg nerve and muscle issues. The different treatments were highly beneficial and I have kept going back for maintenance purposes. “Excellent practitioner for massage, acupuncture, cupping. Very knowledgeable, friendly and intuitive. I also appreciate that Felicia continues to educate herself with additional certifications and seminars. This is by far the best home-based business I’ve ever visited as it’s very professional and separate from the home with a private entrance. “Amazing service! Great communication and meticulous with her work. Clean and relaxing environment. And she direct bills! I first went to Felicia for a repetitive stress injury to my shoulder that would flare up from time to time. She was always able to set me right, stop the pain, and significantly reduce how often the injury acted up. Tenfold better! When I switched to a more labour-intense job I re-injured the same shoulder and had serious pain for weeks. Felicia arranged a treatment plan for me to work on the stubborn injury; twice a week for a few weeks and I was back to normal. Felt like I had never been injured at all! I see her semi-regularly to maintain my pain-free muscles, and get tips for stretching to avoid future injuries.
