“This is a vey bad company. They charged me over $300 for a knee brace that cost on Amazon $50. They take advantage of people in hospitals, outsource their workers to pay the least they can to the community they do business in, then over charge to cover their greed. “I bought 2 Compex tens from them, never had a problem. Now I'm trying to order a package of electrode pads and they keep cancelling my order. Impossible to reach Linda, the person that keeps cancelling the order. No explanation given. Very disappointed.”

“Received a wrist brace from my doctors office from them. Wasn’t given a great estimate or anything outside of consent to bill my insurance. Got the bill. Charged me nearly $200 for something I could have bought on Amazon for $25. I wish I would have done a little more research.”Read moreShow less

“I bought a ceramic heating pad back in 2009, still have it and the buttons are wonderful. Purchased a new one a couple years ago and the buttons are different and horrible to use. Can't just press a button to turn the heating pad on now, struggle and will turn on or like most times won't. I used to rave to people about this style of heating pad, now I dont.
